The Greater Houston Builder's Association's Sales and Marketing Council presents the Million Dollar Circle Awards!

Applications Open: January 5, 2026
Deadline: February 17, 2026

Award applications must be made at https://ghba2.awardsplatform.com/.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Sales Associates, Sales Managers and REALTORS® who closed over $1 million worth of new single family homes, townhomes or garden homes during the 2025 calendar year are eligible to apply.
• Be a GHBA Member and Sales and Marketing Council member! If you are unsure of your member status, please first check in the GHBA directory, by clicking here. You can search for your name!  If you are not a member, please join online here: https://members.ghba.org/ap/Membership/Application/4rk50KP5 or you can  contact events@ghba.org or 281-970-8970, and we'll get you an application for membership to fill out and return.  If you apply and are not a member of the SMC, you will be contacted to complete membership requirements.
• Apply on time - Application and sales numbers verification are due by February 17!
• You must attend the Million Dollar Circle Awards Celebration.  Certificates will not be mailed or delivered after the event!
