Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) is a per individual membership. Why join?

to submit your closed new construction home sales for certificate recognition at the annual Million Dollar Circle Awards
to serve on their committees or board
to take advantage of the additional membership in the NAHB Sales & Marketing Council for access to exclusive resources including a variety of educational programs such as online courses, live and on-demand webinars and Shop Talk discussions with industry experts.
