This class is part of the ABC's of Home Building Series & is APPROVED for the GHBA Designations Program. This is an in-person seminar that will not be video taped. *You must cancel 7 days in advance of the class date to receive a refund or to transfer registration to another class.*

This class will help you better understand stucco components and their role for a successful stucco performance. We will discuss stucco assembly requirements and options as well as processes to decrease the likelihood of water intrusion and stucco cracks in order to reduce your warranty calls. This course covers basic weather barrier and flashing installation, use of rain screens/drainage mats within the stucco assembly, the stucco installation process, and necessary water-proofing for long-term performance.
