Time: 9:30am - 11:30am
Content: Controlling condensation on ductwork in attics and mold in closets caused by radiant barriers, tile roofs, ACCA Manual J and S, the building code, ASHRAE 62.2 and EnergyStar Indoor Air Plus
Session 2 Topic – “Building Science for the Zombie Apocalypse”
Time: 12:00pm - 2pm *(Lunch provided)
Content: Designing homes for hurricanes, floods, fire, termites, pests, werewolves, zombies, and vampires.
Session 3 Topic – “Sour Grapes? Don’t Whine if You Build it Wrong.”
Time: 2:30pm - 4:30pm
Content: The proper way to build wine cellars, steam showers and sauna's in homes built on a slab. (Wine not included with this presentation!) *Plus bonus discussions on a variety of random topics.
