Ashley Petry is a Houston-based Realtor® with SageRiver Realty, specializing in new construction, residential sales, and investment properties. With a strong focus on rental developments and multifamily housing, she is actively building a portfolio that includes land acquisition, duplexes, and long-term rental opportunities. 

A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Ashley brings discipline, integrity, and commitment to every transaction. Her background in environmental compliance within the oil and gas industry, combined with her experience in real estate, allows her to bring a unique perspective to development projects that balance both sustainability and community growth.

Ashley is also the co-founder of MP Holdings and Development, a company focused on building and revitalizing residential communities in the Greater Houston and Beaumont areas. As a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association, she is passionate about connecting with like-minded professionals to expand opportunities in development, elevate housing solutions, and contribute to Houston’s growing real estate market.

Beyond her business, Ashley is deeply committed to community engagement, serving as the President of the Black Employee Network at the Sweeny refinery, where she leads initiatives on inclusion, professional development, and mentorship.
