In the ABC’s of Homebuilding HVAC Seminar we will be reviewing HVAC systems from plans through a quality installation. We will deep dive behind the scenes into manual J’s, duct designs, codes, and best demonstrated practices. We will also be discussing major HVAC system changes initiated by the DOE for a regional minimum SEER rating, how SEER2 will impact construction in 2022, and how to avoid contractual issues related to SEER/SEER2 with the DOE changes.
