Join us for one of GHBA’s most anticipated events of the year—the Annual Mid-Year Forecast Luncheon, featuring nationally recognized economist Ali Wolf of Zonda Intelligence. With the second half of 2025 approaching fast, Ali will deliver expert insight into the housing market and its impact on new home construction, tailored specifically for industry professionals.
