Description

We will be hosting Tom McCasland, Director of the City of Houston’s Housing and Community Development Department. He will be presenting on the recent City Council approval of an appropriation of $100 million in funding for single-family affordable housing projects, as well as the other single-family initiatives that the City is undertaking in the coming years which includes building upwards of 2500 new affordable homes over the next few years. The City has some very large-scale plans to provide much-needed affordable housing options and this will be a great opportunity to hear about those programs. Attendance for this event is limited.
