Content:  The ABC’s of Home Building series gives Builders essential tools to be a successful.  One of the most important skills that must be mastered is the ability to schedule the job properly.  Join us as we look at the elements of proper scheduling, and the regular maintenance of that schedule, for new home construction.  If you are going to “feed the machine” the ability to coordinate materials, time, and labor is critical in our industry.
