THIS IS A REQUIRED CLASS FOR ALL GHBA DESIGNATIONS! Instructor: Attorney James Rudnicki, Shareholder, Bush Rudnicki Shelton, P.C. Builders exhibiting and adhering to strong ethical principles diminish risk, advance positive results, increase trust, determine long term success and build reputations. Understand your legal requirements as a builder including the trust fund act, best building practices, contractual ethics and warranty/quality of work concerns. This is an in-person seminar that will not be video taped.
