Outside Sales Representative

As an Outside Sales Representative for our company, you'll be responsible for building relationships with customers, managing accounts, and generating new business. We are looking for highly motivated, driven individuals to add to our incredible team in Houston.
Our products are of the highest quality and are sourced from some of the best quarries in the world. Your role will be to educate customers on the benefits and unique qualities of our natural stone, and help them find the perfect product for their needs.
The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in Natural Stone and/or Large Format Porcelain, excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service. You'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
1. Account Management: Manage and nurture assigned accounts to cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. Understand each customer's unique needs, preferences, and project requirements to provide tailored solutions.
2. Business Development: Prospect, identify, and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory/customer type provided by Manager. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
3. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with management to align strategies with overall location sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding expectations.
5. Francini Brand and Product Expert: Develop and maintain a high degree of company and product knowledge. Be aware of merchandising options, product crossovers, know our inventory companywide.
6. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Utilize this knowledge to refine sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate customer relationship and activity records in CRM, prepare required reports, and present performance metrics to management.
