Office Manager - Billing

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping – managing invoices and daily accounting operations
  • Requesting and tracking customer draws
  • Maintain subcontractor agreements and supporting insurance documents
  • Placing orders, and tracking of orders
  • Perform various administrative office tasks as needed (mail, filing, answering phones)
  • Back up for field staff members and assist as needed
  • Permitting, Utilities, and HOA applications for new starts

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction and office administration
  • Fluent in QuickBooks accounting software
  • Experienced in operating Apple devices, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Adaptable and ability to prioritize, multitask and follow through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Part Time or Full time M-F 8am-5pm hours may be flexible pending availability and experience
