My name is Ashley Esparza. I’m a native Houstonian and 9 1/2 year full-time seasoned real estate professional with a background in appraisal and property valuation. Before transitioning into this career, I worked for one of our local appraisal districts assisting property owners in areas from acreage split-outs, property tax protests, and exemptions. I was their exclusive ownership research specialist. I am a “mom-preneur” to three amazing kids, two girls (ages 20 and 14), and one boy (age 6). My daily life consists real estate, volleyball, and baseball. My pastimes involve listening to music, hanging out with friends, traveling, and reading. 

I have acquired certifications and designations for the Texas REALTORS Leadership Program, Texas Affordable Housing, and I’m also a Certified Home Marketing Specialist. I’m currently finalizing my designation for Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
