Amanda leads Broderick Dean’s operations and oversees ongoing expansion efforts into emerging markets. She brings 15+ years of construction operations experience to the table with expertise in developing company systems and processes. Amanda is a proven leader whose strategic vision and excellent management skills have helped many companies reach their true potential.

No stranger to an interdisciplinary approach to management and directorship, Amanda is known to assist workers in all aspects of company operations. Her ability to quickly assess situations and learn on the spot has enabled her to make far-reaching decisions for the company, contributing to net growth and fostering a welcoming environment. Previous to her current role, Amanda served as Director of Operations for Stellar Restoration. She worked for Stellar from 2011 to 2020, having served in multiple roles. Amanda’s past experience includes serving as a Department of Defense (DOD) contractor for Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) in Mosul, Iraq, where she assisted with quality control and human resources services during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn.
