DESCRIPTION:This is the TAB & GHBA Contracts Seminar that is required annually to use the TAB Contracts as a GHBA member. By enrolling and attending this course\, you will have access to the TAB Contracts through your GHBA hub through November 1\, 2027. *Note*: You must be an active GHBA member in good standing. ONLY builders/remodelers may attend the class and access the contracts.\nIf your primary membership is BUILDER\, then you may register ONE attendee and pay the $125 rate. You may add additional attendees for FREE by reaching out to Eliza Wernick and asking her to add your additional team members to the seminar.\nThis is the morning session for New Construction. This same session will be offered in the afternoon for those that cannot make the morning session. Please register early! Seating is limited and this session will sell out quickly.
